Chase Sexton Returns to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch During AMA Amateur National Championship
Chase Sexton made a nostalgic return to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Tennessee this week as he attended the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship. This visit marked Sexton’s first appearance at the famed venue since his amateur days in 2016, when he claimed the Nicky Hayden AMA Motocross Horizon Award.
In an exclusive interview, Sexton reflected on his emotional connection to the Ranch, emphasizing, “Coming back feels like a homecoming. It’s a place where my career began.” As the AMA Pro Motocross Championship takes a temporary hiatus, Sexton has shifted his focus towards the upcoming SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX), expressing his ambition to secure the title this fall.
Sexton also offered insights for aspiring young riders, reinforcing the importance of perseverance and consistent effort. “Every champion starts as a beginner. Stay dedicated, and the results will come,” he advised.
The atmosphere at the Ranch was electric as fans flocked to see their motocross hero, further testament to Sexton’s impact on the sport. He also shared a memorable experience from his time racing there as a youth, illustrating the significant role Loretta Lynn’s has played in shaping his career.
As the motocross season progresses, Sexton’s focus remains on preparation and performance, setting the stage for a competitive SMX series this autumn.
