Devin Simonson Poised for Redemption in 2026 Supercross Season
Chesterfield, SC – In a promising development for the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross season, Devin Simonson will return to the track with a “250 Supercross only” contract under Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX Yamaha. After an injury-plagued 2025 season, where he could only compete in the last three rounds of the 250SX East Division, Simonson is determined to showcase his capabilities.
Simonson’s limited appearances in 2025 resulted in finishes of 9th, 9th, and 19th at the East Rutherford, Pittsburgh, and Salt Lake City rounds, respectively. Despite these results not fully reflecting his potential, he managed a notable top ten finish in the 450SX Class during the Salt Lake City SX finale in 2023, a sign of his competitive edge late in the season.
With his recent injury recovery, Simonson has intensified his focus on fitness and training. “My attitude has always been my strong suit, but now I’m matched by enhanced commitment and focus,” he stated regarding his preparations for the upcoming season.
Additionally, a partnership with Rick Ware Racing will enable Simonson to compete in the World Supercross Championship (WSX), broadening his exposure and experience on an international stage.
ClubMX’s announcement emphasizes Simonson’s not only as a valuable team asset but also as a rider poised for significant improvement. The decision on whether he will race in the East or West Coast series remains forthcoming. With a revitalized spirit and commitment, Simonson is ready to make his mark in 2026.
