Rachael Archer Announces Shift in Career Focus
New Zealand’s Rachael Archer has confirmed her return home after seven successful years in the U.S. motorsports scene. Renowned for her achievements, Archer secured three WCX Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) championships, one NEPG National Enduro championship, and one Sprint Enduro championship, significantly elevating the profile of women’s racing.
In a recent Instagram post, Archer clarified that this transition is not a retirement. She intends to compete in off-road and motocross events in Australia and represents New Zealand in the International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE).
Archer also shared personal news, announcing her pregnancy with fiancé Jack, expecting their first child in 2026.
“I’ve achieved so much in the last seven years and 17-year-old Rach would be thrilled to see how far we’ve come,” Archer stated. She expressed gratitude towards her supporters, including AM Pro Yamaha, RM RedBear Racing, and Race Kawasaki, among others.
This change marks a new chapter for Archer, as she looks forward to pursuing new goals in a more familiar environment.
