Muc-Off Exits ClubMX: Team Owner Outlines Next Steps
In a significant development within the AMA Pro Motocross Championship, ClubMX owner Brandon Haas announced that Muc-Off has officially departed from the team, prompting a strategic shift as the new season commences. Haas emphasized the team’s commitment to growth, stating, “We think we can become a dynasty program,” as he highlighted the expansive developments occurring at their Chesterfield, South Carolina facility.
The property boasts ten tracks and is undergoing continuous expansion, including new buildings, a full gym, and an in-house nutrition program, all designed to enhance performance both on and off the track.
In a candid video released this morning, Haas addressed the situation, acknowledging the bittersweet nature of Muc-Off’s exit as a “speed bump” but expressing confidence in the team’s resilience. He stated, “We’ve made a lot of investments in staffing and upgrades across the board. We are thriving. Club’s thriving.”
Haas underscored the team’s achievements over the past year, including multiple heat race wins and podium finishes. He noted the challenges posed by budget constraints but reiterated the team’s competitive edge against programs with significantly larger resources: “Winners find ways… I ain’t gonna slow down.”
The team is actively seeking a strategic title sponsor to mitigate the impact of Muc-Off’s exit, indicating that the search will continue as they aim to build on their success. Haas concluded by expressing gratitude to their current partners, stressing their ability to adapt and move forward effectively, regardless of setbacks.
