Chase Sexton Signs Three-Year Deal with Monster Energy Kawasaki Ahead of 2026 AMA Supercross Season
In a pivotal move for the upcoming Monster Energy AMA Supercross season, Chase Sexton has officially signed a three-year contract with Monster Energy Kawasaki. The 2025 season left Sexton just two points shy of the championship, finishing behind Cooper Webb. As he transitions to Kawasaki, Sexton aims to leverage the new partnership for a return to form.
At the recent SMX Media Days in California, Sexton expressed his determination to reclaim his competitive edge. He acknowledged that his previous experience on the KTM bike was less than ideal, stating, “Confidence is good… I think that the second half of last year was tough for me. So, trying to rebuild myself and get back to winning races and fighting for a championship is my main focus.”
Sexton’s enthusiasm for his new Kawasaki is palpable. “I feel better than I did last year in the off-season,” he shared. “Kawi and myself are both really determined to establish ourselves as the guys to beat.”
As the season approaches, Sexton is focused on intensive training, preparing for his campaign starting with the opening round in Anaheim. The combination of Sexton’s skill and Kawasaki’s technical prowess sets the stage for a promising 2026 season.
