Report: Rising Star in Supercross Attributes Success to Team Dynamics and Confidence
In a recent interview highlighting a notable shift in performance in the Supercross series, an emerging talent discussed the critical role of team support in his newfound success. Confidently asserting that his progress stems from a stronger team dynamic, he emphasized the daily grind shared with fellow competitors.
“Confidence plays a big role in Supercross,” he stated, attributing his improved performance to consistent training alongside teammates, particularly Max Vohland. “I’ve gained confidence through my team, and they all are willing to do whatever it takes to get that extra one percent out of me every day.”
The synergy created at ClubMX, where both riders push each other in rigorous training sessions, has become a significant advantage. He observed, “There are days I’m faster than he is, and days he’s faster than I am,” highlighting the competitive environment that fuels their growth.
Moreover, he underscored the absence of egos in the group: “We all just want the best for each other. There are no egos… Whatever we can do to make each other better is what we’ll do, because in the end it’ll make us better as well.”
The camaraderie extends beyond training, with frequent social interactions reinforcing their bond. This robust team dynamic appears to be pivotal as they prepare for the upcoming races, showcasing how collaboration and mutual support can be catalysts for individual success in the fiercely competitive world of Supercross.
