DiFrancesco Posts Solid Start to 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Season
Ryder DiFrancesco is off to an impressive beginning in the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross series, securing two third-place finishes in the opening three rounds—his first 250SX podiums. Following an up-and-down performance with finishes of 5-5-4 in the subsequent rounds, his season standings are currently 3-7-3-5-5-4. After the sixth round in Seattle, DiFrancesco is tied for third in the 250SX West Division championship alongside Michal Mosiman.
In a post-race statement, DiFrancesco reflected on his Seattle performance: “I didn’t have the best day in Seattle. Out of the six rounds, this is probably the one I struggled with the most, so a fourth is a decent result entering the four-week break now. We’ll get that fire lit again, take a little time off, and regroup. Today was a bit of a struggle, although I am pretty stoked to come away with P4 and be tied for third in points.”
The 250SX West Division riders now enjoy a break before the seventh round at the Birmingham SX on March 21, which will serve as the first of three 250SX East/West Showdowns this season. This weekend’s Arlington SX will also introduce DiFrancesco’s 250SX East Division teammates, Daxton Bennick and Casey Cochran.
