IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Expands 2027 Schedule with Lime Rock Park Addition
The IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge has officially announced a notable change for the 2027 season. For the first time since 2023, the series will return to Lime Rock Park, which will replace Laguna Seca on the 10-round calendar. This return marks one of two events where the Pilot Challenge will headline the weekend; the other is a four-hour race at Mid-Ohio from June 11-13.
The remaining eight races will be conducted as support events for the WeatherTech Sportscar Championship, including highlights like a four-hour endurance race at Daytona and two-hour sprints at iconic venues such as Sebring, Watkins Glen, and Indianapolis.
