Meyer Shank Racing (MSR) has confirmed the extension of contract for rising star Marcus Armstrong, positioning him alongside Felix Rosenqvist in the No. 66 Honda for the 2026 IndyCar season.

Currently, Armstrong ranks ninth in the championship standings, achieving an impressive 10 top-10 finishes out of 15 races. “I’m very pleased and grateful to be back with Meyer Shank Racing and my crew for 2026,” Armstrong stated. He emphasized the team’s professionalism and the significant improvements made during their time together. “We’ll look to build on our momentum and work hard to climb the points standings,” he added.

Rosenqvist stands seventh in the Drivers’ Championship, contributing to MSR’s best performance since its IndyCar debut in 2017. Co-owner Mike Shank expressed enthusiasm about Armstrong’s growth this season, noting, “His performance has shown that he has all the tools to fight at the front. We’re excited to continue building on this progress together.”
