AJ Foyt Racing Raises $4.7 Million for Homes For Our Troops at Indianapolis 500
The AJ Foyt Racing team successfully raised $4.7 million for Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) during this year’s Indianapolis 500, continuing their longstanding commitment to aiding veterans. The initiative, first launched in 2020, has gained traction thanks to the team’s partnership with ABC Supply, whose sponsorship included a significant $1 million matching contribution.
Santino Ferrucci’s No. 14 Chevrolet, adorned in patriotic livery, played a pivotal role in promoting HFOT’s mission of building homes for severely injured veterans. Tom Landwermeyer, HFOT President/CEO, expressed gratitude for the support: "We are beyond grateful for ABC Supply’s sponsorship during the 2025 Indy 500… Their generous $1 million match was instrumental in raising $4.7 million during May."
ABC Supply CEO Mike Jost emphasized the initiative’s community impact: "Giving back and honoring our Veterans is at the heart of who we are… the generosity we’ve seen throughout this campaign has been truly inspiring."
Ferrucci, reflecting on the campaign’s success, stated, "It was an honor to drive the Homes For Our Troops car… Raising over four million dollars is incredible and will significantly help our severely injured post-911 veterans."
The 2025 Indianapolis 500 proved a milestone not only for AJ Foyt Racing but also for the HFOT initiative, underscoring the motorsports community’s commitment to supporting those in need.
