Plessinger Confronts Challenging Terrain in Denver Supercross

In a notably tough debut at Denver’s Supercross event, Aaron Plessinger demonstrated resilience amid challenging conditions. The Red Bull KTM rider expressed his surprise at not having raced in Denver before, citing the demanding elevation and terrain as significant obstacles.

Plessinger secured a strong start but faced difficulties throughout the race. “It was just inconsistent riding,” he remarked post-race. Despite this, he finished in fifth place, a considerable achievement given the elevated environment. "Supercross and elevation, man, it’s pretty gnarly."

This race marked Plessinger’s first full season attempt since 2021, as injuries had sidelined him in previous years. "I got pretty winded up here, but I’m okay with fifth," he stated. Looking ahead, he aims to recuperate before the next round in Salt Lake City, where he hopes to reach the podium and conclude the season on a high note.
