Quad Lock Honda Racing Announces Christian Craig for 2025 Team Line-up
Quad Lock Honda Racing, led by three-time World Supercross Championship Team Manager Martin Davalos, has confirmed the signing of Christian Craig for the 2025 racing season. The addition of the 2022 250 West AMA Supercross Champion completes a formidable roster aimed at competitive success in the upcoming season.
Craig, with over 20 podium finishes and seven career wins, returns to Honda, marking a full-circle moment as he won his first supercross on their machines. Davalos expressed high expectations for Craig’s impact on the team, stating, “Christian is a proven champion and race winner. When he’s healthy, he’s a contender for any championship. I’d much rather have him with us than lining up against us.”
Craig shared his enthusiasm about rejoining Honda, emphasizing the team’s performance capabilities: “They’ve beaten the factory teams. Their bikes and staff are at the highest level. I’m grateful for this chance and excited to get to work.”
The 450 rider line-up now features Craig alongside fellow AMA Supercross winner Joey Savatgy, both vying for their inaugural 450 World Supercross Championship title. World Supercross CEO Tom Burwell recognized Craig’s significance, stating, “Christian adds even more strength to the championship. Fans should be excited to see the very best competing on our global stage.”
In addition to the 450 riders, the team’s 250 roster includes two-time World Supercross Champion Shane McElrath and two-time Australian Champion Brodie Connolly, balancing experience with emerging talent.
Davalos concluded with determination, asserting, “This year will be tough, and that’s how it should be. We’re focused, motivated, and ready. With our line-up and machinery, we believe we can deliver wins, podiums, and chase championships.”
