Suzuki Signs Jason Anderson for 2025-2026 Seasons
Suzuki Motor USA has officially signed 2018 AMA Supercross Champion Jason Anderson for the remainder of the 2025 season and the full 2026 season, including participation in the FIM World Supercross (WSX) and AMA SuperMotocross. This announcement solidifies a strong lineup alongside Ken Roczen, who rejoined the team last week.
Anderson, who spent the past four years with Monster Energy Kawasaki, had a mixed tenure marred by health issues but showcased his potential with seven AMA Supercross wins and two AMA Pro Motocross victories in 2022. The former champion noted that “some new scenery” might reignite his competitive edge as he transitions to Suzuki, where he has a history with the RM and RM-Z platforms.
The inclusion in WSX also positions Anderson favorably for a title bid, especially with previous champions Roczen and Eli Tomac not expected to compete fully in the upcoming series. Anderson’s debut with the Twisted Tea Suzuki team is set for November 8th in Buenos Aires.
As Suzuki ramps up its efforts with the team and collaborates with engineers from Japan, the expectation grows for further advancements and support in the competitive landscape of motocross.
