Lotte Van Drunen Extends Partnership with De Baets MX Team for 2026
The De Baets MX Team has officially announced the continuation of its partnership with rider Lotte Van Drunen into the 2026 season. This collaboration, which has yielded two world titles in the past two years, seeks to secure a third championship with the ongoing backing of Yamaha.
Team owner Danny de Baets remarked, “It’s great that we can once again count on Yamaha’s support in 2026. Our cooperation with Lotte Van Drunen has been excellent. We’ve had a fantastic year, and we’re happy to continue working together. The first steps toward 2026 have already been taken, and we’ll do everything possible over the winter months to be fully prepared for the new season. Everything will be done to make another push for the world title.”
As the team prepares for the upcoming season, details regarding the full 2026 lineup will be revealed soon. Meanwhile, Van Drunen is currently focused on competing at the Mini O’s in the United States, scheduled for November 22–29, where she will participate in multiple classes.
