Stilez Robertson Retires from Professional Racing
Triumph Factory Racing has announced the retirement of Stilez Robertson from AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross. The decision comes after 23-year-old Robertson grappled with a persistent wrist injury that ultimately limited his participation to just two races in 2025—one in Supercross and another in Motocross.
Robertson joined Triumph ahead of the 2025 season with aspirations of replicating his previous success, which included four professional podium finishes. However, his season started at Anaheim 1 and quickly took a downturn; a minor crash in San Diego exacerbated his wrist injury, sidelining him for the rest of the 250SX West series.
He made a brief return at Pala Raceway for Pro Motocross but re-injured his wrist during practice, effectively ending his season. Despite the challenges, Robertson has remained engaged with the team, supporting his fellow riders and contributing to Triumph’s amateur racing program’s development.
In his official statement, Robertson expressed gratitude for the support he has received: “I’ve made a really hard decision, but with my wrist injury still bothering me, I am stepping away from professional racing. The team has been super-supportive, and I want to thank all my sponsors, family, and fans.”
Team Manager commented on the emotional toll of the decision: “Stilez’ decision to retire from professional racing is never an easy call. Despite a strong offseason, his recurring injury has been incredibly frustrating. We respect his decision and wish him all the best.”
Triumph Factory Racing echoed these sentiments, emphasizing Robertson’s undeniable talent and contributions to the team during his tenure.
As Robertson transitions to the next chapter of his professional life, the motorsports community watches closely, recognizing both his potential and the impact of injury on a promising career.
