Washougal National 2025: Shimoda and Sexton Claim Top Honors

At the 2025 Washougal National, Jo Shimoda and Chase Sexton excelled in the 250 and 450 classes, respectively, cementing their dominance in the series.

In the 250 class, Shimoda captured his second overall victory in three races, demonstrating consistency with a 2-1 finish. Haiden Deegan, with a strong performance of 1-2, secured second overall, while Garrett Marchbanks achieved a career milestone with his first Pro Motocross podium, finishing third overall with a 3-4 result. Deegan remains at the top of the championship standings as the series takes a two-week break.

In the 450 class, Chase Sexton claimed the overall win with results of 1-2, edging out Jett Lawrence, who finished 3-1. Eli Tomac rounded out the podium with a 2-3 performance. Lawrence continues to lead the championship rankings.
