Event Overview
The pathway to the SuperFinale included qualifier events held earlier this year at Glen Helen, RedBud MX, and Oak Hill Raceway, where riders secured spots via top-five finishes or wild-card entries. The event attracted international participation from countries including Brazil, Chile, and the United Kingdom, bolstered by support from the Altus Motorsports BLU CRU Yamaha team and Rock River Powersports.
Jennifer Davie, Experiential Marketing Manager for Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, commented, “Hosting the first YZ BLU CRU World SuperFinale in the U.S. was a massive undertaking… it was a true expression of what our BLU CRU program stands for.”
Participants benefited from additional experiences, including meet-and-greets with esteemed Yamaha ambassadors and a track walk with legends such as Ryan Villopoto.
This groundbreaking event not only highlights Yamaha’s commitment to nurturing youth talent in motocross but also strengthens the brand’s community ties in the motorsport landscape.
