Kyle Busch Lists Estate for $4.5 Million Amid Contract Extension with RCR
NASCAR driver Kyle Busch has placed his Cleveland, North Carolina estate on the market for $4.5 million. The property spans 35 acres and features a 15,000-square-foot custom-built barndominium. Key amenities include four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, private fuel storage, and multiple off-road tracks, catering specifically to motorsports enthusiasts.
Busch, 40, expressed his fondness for the property on social media, stating, “We love this piece of land and the amazing barndominium but right now we just don’t have enough time to spend there.” He highlighted his desire for a new owner to appreciate the estate as much as his family has.
The home was acquired in 2023 from the Deegan family, prominent figures in motorsports, including motocross rider Brian Deegan and actress Hailie Deegan, who currently competes in IndyNXT. The estate was developed in 2020 following their move from California.
In a notable development, Busch recently signed a contract extension with Richard Childress Racing (RCR), ensuring his position in the No. 8 Chevrolet through the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. RCR owner Richard Childress commented on the partnership, stating, “Kyle has been great to work with… I still think that Kyle will win him a championship, and we want it to happen at RCR.”
Busch reflected on the success since joining RCR, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the team’s competitive edge. He noted, “There were some things that came down that they didn’t like us doing,” referring to technical adjustments that impacted performance.
As the NASCAR Cup Series progresses, Busch’s dual focus on real estate and racing highlights the dynamic nature of his career and commitments.
