Preece Poised for Success Ahead of Nashville Race

As the NASCAR Cup Series prepares for the highly anticipated race in Nashville, RFK Racing co-owner Brad Keselowski lauded driver Ryan Preece for his commendable performance during the 2025 season. Currently ranked 14th in the drivers’ standings, Preece has established himself as a competitive force, demonstrating potential with one top-five and five top-10 finishes, including two in recent races.

In a press conference, Keselowski drew parallels between Preece’s journey and that of Chris Buescher, emphasizing the need for an environment conducive to growth. “I just felt really strong about [Preece]. I liked his work ethic. I liked his talent,” Keselowski remarked, spotlighting the importance of the right support system for Preece’s success.

Keselowski noted that it was essential to place Preece in a setting that would allow him to flourish: “The burden was on us to put him in the right position… and allow him to thrive.” He expressed enthusiasm about Preece’s progress, stating, “He’s very hungry, he’s very driven… showing what he can do.”

Keselowski’s long-term vision reflects confidence in Preece, suggesting parallels to Buescher’s own development. "Three or four years ago, we were having the same conversation about Chris Buescher. Now, Chris is clearly the guy for the 17 car," he stated, indicating his belief that Preece will similarly emerge as a standout in the future.

As Preece looks ahead to Nashville, the motorsports community is eager to see if he can convert his promise into victory.
