Trackhouse Racing Team Appoints Todd Meredith as President of Racing Operations

Following their recent triumph at Sonoma Raceway, Trackhouse Racing Team has announced the appointment of Todd Meredith as President of Racing Operations. This marks a strategic leadership move as the team seeks to build on its momentum from a successful season, with four victories thus far in 2025.

Meredith, a seasoned professional with an extensive background at Joe Gibbs Racing—where he was Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2016—brings valuable experience to Trackhouse. Team owner Justin Marks expressed enthusiasm about Meredith’s induction, stating, "His focus on culture, strategy, quick decision-making, and organization will be a massive shot in the arm for this company as we navigate a pivotal growth period."

In his new role, Meredith emphasized his commitment to the sport, saying, "I feel at home in NASCAR and wanted to return in some form… The team is very talented and quite successful, but we want even more." Notably, Meredith does not replace anyone; business, marketing, and partner relations will remain under Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Lukanich.

Currently, Trackhouse fields three full-time entries in the NASCAR Cup Series: Ross Chastain’s No. 1, Shane van Gisbergen’s No. 88, and Daniel Suarez’s No. 99. Suarez is expected to transition out at the end of the season, with Connor Zilisch anticipated to step in.

Shane van Gisbergen has made headlines by matching the rookie win record with three victories this year, bolstered by Chastain’s last-to-first victory in the Coca-Cola 600, further solidifying Trackhouse’s competitive stance in the NASCAR landscape.
