Provisional Entry List for 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona Released
Daytona Beach, FL — The International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) has issued the provisional 61-car entry list for the upcoming 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona, confirming a full grid for this prestigious endurance racing event.
The lineup features 11 entries in the GTP class, 14 LMP2 vehicles, 15 teams in GTD PRO, and 21 competitors in GTD.
Notably absent from the Porsche Penske Motorsport rosters are IndyCar drivers Scott McLaughlin and Josef Newgarden, who had recently tested the revised 963 models. As a result, both Porsche Penske Motorsport and Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing will field only three drivers each at Daytona, as the latter team could not retain former Toyota Gazoo Racing pilots Kamui Kobayashi and Brendon Hartley. A fourth seat remains vacant, currently marked as TBD, with NASCAR Cup Series driver Connor Zilisch under consideration after recent test sessions.
Porsche privateer JDC-Miller MotorSports has finalized its driver lineup for the #85 “Banana Boat” Porsche, which includes Tijmen van der Helm, Bryce Aron, and rookie Nico Pino.
In LMP2, Bryan Herta Autosport with PR1/Mathiasen has confirmed Harry Tincknell as the full-season co-driver for Misha Goikhberg in the #52 car, with Parker Thompson taking on the role of designated Silver driver. Era Motorsport has announced its lineup for the #18 entry, consisting of Naveen Rao, Ferdinand Habsburg, James Roe, and former Formula 1 driver Logan Sargeant.
Paul Miller Racing will enter the #1 BMW M4 GT3 EVO with a returning crew of Neil Verhagen, Connor De Phillippi, Max Hesse, and Dan Harper. Similarly, RLL Team McLaren is fielding the #59 McLaren 720S GT3 EVO with Max Esterson, Juri Vips, and Dean MacDonald, with a fourth driver to be confirmed.
Defending champion Risi Competizione will return as a standalone entry, fielding the #62 Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO with drivers Daniel Serra, Davide Rigon, and reigning FIA Hypercar World Endurance Drivers’ Champion Alessandro Pier Guidi.
In GTD, van der Steur Racing has retained Rory van der Steur and Aston Martin’s Valentin Hasse-Clot for the #19 Vantage GT3 Evo. Inception Racing brings back David Fumanelli, while DXDT Racing has yet to announce drivers for its #36 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R.
The entry list remains provisional and may undergo changes, with several driver slots still listed as TBD.
