AF Corse Unveils Driver Line-Up for 2026 24 Hours of Daytona
AF Corse has confirmed its driver line-up for the 2026 24 Hours of Daytona, adding a one-off LMP2 entry to its previously announced GTD entry in the IMSA Sportscar Championship. The Italian team aims to defend its title with the #21 Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo, which triumphed in the Michelin Endurance Cup this year.
The team will also field the #83 ORECA 07 – Gibson in the LMP2 category, marking its continued presence in this class at Daytona for the fourth consecutive year. This decision comes despite AF Corse stepping back from a full Endurance Cup program.
Driver Details:
-
#21 Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo
- Drivers: Lilou Wadoux, Simon Mann, Antonio Fuoco (taking over from Alessandro Pier Guidi).
- Fuoco, a 2024 Le Mans winner, brings significant experience after racing part-time in IMSA for the last five seasons with Cetilar Racing, which will not return in 2026.
- Joining the trio is IMSA debutant Tommaso Mosca, who previously finished as runner-up in the International GT Open.
-
#83 ORECA 07 – Gibson
- Drivers: François Perrodo, Matthieu Vaxivière, Nicklas Nielsen, Dylan Murry.
- Perrodo collaborates with regular co-drivers Vaxivière and Nielsen, who have secured titles with him in the European Le Mans Series and FIA World Endurance Championship, respectively.

The 2026 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona will take place from January 21 to 25, 2026, kicking off the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship season.
