James Allen Rejoins Nielsen Racing for 2026 ELMS Season
James Allen is set to return to Nielsen Racing in 2026 following a successful campaign in the 2025 European Le Mans Series (ELMS). The Australian driver, who secured an ELMS title in 2023, joins the #27 LMP2 Pro/Am entry alongside Alex Quinn and Kriton Lentoudis.
Allen’s 2025 season highlights include a dramatic LMP2 class victory at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona with Proton Competition, as well as a breakthrough win in the 4 Hours of Le Castellet at Paul Ricard. This race marked Nielsen Racing’s best finish in the championship, with the team also securing a second-place overall finish.
Quinn and Lentoudis have established themselves as consistent title contenders, finishing as championship runners-up in both 2024 and 2025, each season yielding two wins.
With this lineup, Nielsen Racing aims to build on last year’s momentum as they prepare for the upcoming season.
