Nielsen Racing Unveils 2026 Livery and New AI Partnership
Nielsen Racing has officially unveiled its 2026 livery, featuring a vibrant purple, white, and green design that will be used across its European Le Mans Series (ELMS) and Michelin Le Mans Cup entries this season. The British team also announced a strategic partnership with Unconventional AI, co-founded by team co-owner Naveen Rao, who has previously competed in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans.
This year, Nielsen will campaign two ORECA 07 – Gibsons in the ELMS, while its Le Mans Cup operations will transition from the ADESS AD25 chassis to the Duqueine D09 for its two-car LMP3 effort.
In terms of driver line-up, Jack Doohan will pilot the #24 ORECA LMP2 in the ELMS, adding to the team’s strength. The Le Mans Cup roster is now finalized, featuring Alfie Gibbs and Matt Bell as an all-British pairing in the #7 Duqueine.
Unconventional AI will feature prominently on all four of Nielsen’s prototypes this season, enhancing the team’s technological and performance-driven approach. The 2026 racing season kicks off at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from April 10-12.
The strategic developments signal Nielsen Racing’s commitment to high performance and innovative partnerships as it gears up for a competitive season.
