IMSA Sets Attendance Record at Sebring with Over 115,000 Fans
The 74th running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring witnessed an unprecedented attendance, with more than 115,000 spectators joining the event across four days. This record comes on the heels of a similar milestone achieved at the Rolex 24 At Daytona, which attracted over 180,000 attendees in January.
Viewership figures also reached new heights, with over one million tuning in to the race. International broadcasts saw a 23% increase across platforms such as IMSA’s YouTube channel and IMSA.tv, while domestic viewership rose 37%, aided by coverage on the Peacock streaming service and a revived NBCSN.
IMSA President John Doonan remarked, “The momentum behind IMSA has never been stronger… These results reflect the passion of our fans and the strength of our partners and teams.” He expressed optimism as the series approaches the 2026 season.
The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship will continue on April 18 with the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, available live on NBC and Peacock.
