Leclerc’s Ferrari Showcases for Emilia Romagna GP
Imola, Italy – Charles Leclerc arrived at the Imola circuit aboard his custom-built Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale ahead of the 2025 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix qualifying session. This exclusive hypercar adds to Leclerc’s collection, first introduced at the end of 2024, making a distinctive appearance during Ferrari’s home Grand Prix weekend.
The SF90 XX Stradale features a 4-litre V8 internal combustion engine paired with a 171 kW electric motor, delivering a combined output of 1,016 horsepower. Its striking design showcases a matte black finish adorned with red and white accents, including Leclerc’s race number, 16, integrated seamlessly into the overall aesthetic.
“Matte black is one of my favourite colours,” explained Leclerc. “It mirrors my helmet design and enhances the car’s aggressive look.”
Despite the excitement surrounding his new vehicle, Leclerc faced challenges during qualifying, ultimately securing the 11th position. Reflecting on his performance, he stated, "I can fight as much as I want, but I cannot do miracles. This is what there is in the car, and I’m trying to extract the maximum from it."
Leclerc’s focus now shifts toward maximizing performance during the race, as he seeks to convert his passion for innovation into results on the track.
