Session Highlights

The ambient temperature increased slightly to 20°C as teams transitioned from FP1 to FP2, while track conditions remained stable at 38°C. Lewis Hamilton initially led the session with a time of 1m26.592s on the medium C3 tires but was quickly overshadowed as qualifying simulations commenced.

Norris responded decisively, establishing a gap of four-tenths over Leclerc, marking his dominance in FP2.

Oscar Piastri finished fourth, just 0.47 seconds slower than his teammate, while Max Verstappen, struggling with front-end grip, rounded out the top five.
