Güven to Race Manthey’s No. 911 Porsche at Rolex 24

Daytona, FL — Porsche works driver Ayhancan Güven has been confirmed to pilot Manthey Racing’s No. 911 Porsche 911 GT3 R at the upcoming Rolex 24 At Daytona. The announcement solidifies Güven’s position as a rising talent following his triumph in the 2025 DTM Championship, which he clinched with a dramatic last-lap pass at Hockenheim.

Joining Güven in the No. 911 are seasoned GTD PRO drivers Klaus Bachler, Ricardo Feller, and Thomas Preining. This marks a significant moment for Güven, who made his IMSA debut at last year’s Rolex 24 with Wright Motorsports, where he and co-drivers finished second in the GTD class, narrowly missing victory against the AWA Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R.

In addition to his Rolex 24 duties, Güven has been appointed a full-time driver for Manthey’s No. 91 Porsche in the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship, partnering with James Cottingham and Timur Boguslavskiy. His promotion earlier this winter to a full-fledged works driver role at Porsche underscores the manufacturer’s commitment to cultivating his talent.

Meanwhile, Manthey’s No. 912 Porsche will be driven by Ryan Hardwick, Riccardo Pera, Morris Schuring, and Richard Lietz as previously announced.

The Rolex 24, a cornerstone of the IMSA season, will showcase these competitive line-ups, further intensifying the anticipation among motorsport enthusiasts.
