Conquest Racing Signs Ben Tuck for Key Races in IMSA Championship

Conquest Racing has confirmed that English driver Ben Tuck will join the team for the upcoming Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen on June 22 and the Battle on the Bricks at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in September. Tuck, 28, will make his debut in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, piloting the No. 34 Ferrari 296 GT3 alongside full-season drivers Manny Franco and Daniel Serra.

Tuck brings valuable experience to the team, having driven the Ferrari in various series over the past year. He currently competes alongside Serra at Kessel Racing in the European Le Mans Series. Additionally, Tuck is participating in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Proton Competition’s Ford Mustang GT3, where he recently secured a fourth-place finish at Spa-Francorchamps. This season also marks his second entry into the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

“IMSA is a championship that I’ve always aspired to race in, so I’m truly grateful to Manny Franco and [team owner] Eric Bachelart for this opportunity," Tuck stated. He expressed enthusiasm for teaming with Franco and Serra, highlighting the potential of their lineup as a significant milestone in his career.

Bachelart echoed this sentiment, stating, “We’re happy to welcome Ben. He’s shown impressive speed and composure in Europe’s top GT categories, and we believe his skillset will be a great asset to our program. These are demanding tracks, and with Manny, Daniel, and Ben, we’re confident we have a strong lineup ready to compete.”

With Tuck’s addition, Conquest Racing aims to enhance its performance and challenge for top positions in the upcoming events.
