IndyCar Series Launches 2025 Trading Card Line
The IndyCar Series today announced the release of its new collection of trading cards, set to hit the market on May 15. Fans can purchase the cards through IndyCar’s merchandise site, various hobby shops, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with availability extending to Target stores.
Last year’s card set ranked as the top new item in IndyCar merchandising, demonstrating significant collector interest. The 2025 edition features Hanger Packs containing 25 cards, which include base cards, foil parallels, a Marquee Moments card, a Vintage card, a random insert, and a Pit Pass card. Notably, collectors will have the opportunity to find rare autograph cards, averaging one per ten packs, from prominent drivers like Scott McLaughlin and Sting Ray Robb. Additionally, unique Relic cards containing race-used materials will be available.
IndyCar Chief Marketing Officer Alex Damron emphasized the excitement surrounding the collaboration with Parkside Collectibles. “IndyCar and Parkside Collectibles have teamed up to bring our fans an incredible and highly engaging trading card set for 2025,” he stated. “This will be a highly popular item at IMS during an epic Month of May and also throughout the rest of the season both in-store and online.”
The trading card line represents a strategic initiative to enhance fan engagement during the racing season, contributing to the ongoing growth and popularity of the IndyCar Series.
