Bowman Gray Stadium to Host 2026 Cook Out Clash

NASCAR has confirmed that Bowman Gray Stadium will once again serve as the venue for the Cook Out Clash, scheduled for February 1, 2026. This follows a successful event in 2025, marking the Clash’s return to the iconic North Carolina short track after a three-year stint at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Cook Out has secured its position as the entitlement sponsor for the event, which will be broadcast live on FOX Sports. Joey Dennewitz, Managing Director of NASCAR Regional, emphasized the significance of the venue, stating, "We wrote a new chapter in the storied history of motorsports at Bowman Gray Stadium with the Cook Out Clash this year. As NASCAR’s first weekly racetrack, we are proud to bring the 2026 Cook Out Clash back to the original home of grassroots racing."

The 2025 edition of the event marked the first time in 54 years that Cup Series cars raced at Bowman Gray, with tickets selling out rapidly. Mayor Allen Joines of Winston-Salem expressed pride in hosting the event, noting, "The 2025 race was an immensely successful event for all parties involved. We will work hard to ensure that the 2026 Cook Out Clash is even more successful."

Defending champion Chase Elliott will return to Bowman Gray Stadium, looking to claim victory once again at the historic track.
