Stenhouse Jr. Achieves Million-Dollar Sale Amidst Racing Drama

Mooresville, NC – Ricky Stenhouse Jr., NASCAR Cup Series driver, has sold his 140-acre property in Mooresville for $12.2 million, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. The sale, which was not officially listed, drew a substantial cash offer that Stenhouse and his wife, Madyson, found too compelling to decline.

The estate features a 9,000-square-foot home, complemented by luxury amenities such as an outdoor entertainment area, an upper pool, a pool house, a putting green, and equestrian facilities. It includes five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and multiple detached garages and fitness facilities.

As Stenhouse heads into the upcoming race at Pocono Raceway, he is currently navigating tensions following an on-track incident involving Carson Hocevar at the Nashville Superspeedway. Stenhouse was involved in a collision that he attributed to Hocevar, stating, "I’m going to beat your ass when we get back to the States," during an encounter in Mexico City. However, reflecting a more composed stance, Stenhouse communicated on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, "I’ve calmed down a little bit. My wife talks me off the ledge sometimes."

Despite the cooling-off period, Stenhouse expressed frustration over the Nashville race, where he faced several setbacks. "I felt like it cost us at least seven spots," he remarked, indicating that the challenges disrupted their performance and track position. He added, "It’s really frustrating for my team and our partners to get spun at a stage like that where there was nothing to be raced for."

With the Pocono race on the horizon, Stenhouse’s ability to maintain focus amidst personal and professional challenges will be pivotal as he seeks to improve his standings in the championship.
