Zane Smith Extends Contract with Front Row Motorsports Through 2026

Front Row Motorsports has confirmed a multiyear contract extension for Zane Smith, securing him as the driver of the No. 38 Ford Mustang until 2026. The announcement was made on Thursday, with Smith set to continue alongside teammates Todd Gilliland and Noah Gragson, while maintaining his partnership with crew chief Ryan Bergenty, who has been with the team for the past four seasons.

“We’ve had an up-and-down year, but heading into the offseason, I feel like we’ve put our program in a great position to hit the ground running in 2026,” Smith remarked. “Front Row has always felt like home – the people, both on the road and at the shop, truly make this a special place and I’m excited for what next season holds.”

Smith concludes his inaugural season with Front Row Motorsports, having previously driven in the Craftsman Truck Series, where he clinched the championship in 2022 and finished seventh overall. He made his Cup Series debut in 2024 with Spire Motorsports while on loan from Trackhouse Racing before rejoining Front Row after parting ways with Trackhouse.

This season, Smith has achieved a career-high five top-10 finishes and is currently positioned 27th in the point standings, with two races remaining in the season.
