Four Teams Secured Places at 2027 24 Hours of Le Mans Following European Le Mans Series Finale
At the conclusion of the 2026 European Le Mans Series season in Portimão, four teams have earned automatic invitations to compete in the 2027 24 Hours of Le Mans.

- Forestier Racing by Panis secured an invitation by finishing second in the Teams’ Championship.
- United Autosports also solidified their spot in Le Mans after mathematically confirming a top-two finish at Silverstone.

Additional Invitations:
- Algarve Pro Racing earned a slot by winning the LMP2 Pro/Am title.
- CLX Motorsport claimed an invitation for their LMP3 title.
- TF Sport received recognition for their LMGT3 championship victory.
These four teams will join the already confirmed entries of United Autosports, George Kurtz (LMP2), and Orey Fidani (LMGT3), who secured their places through the IMSA Jim Trueman and Bob Akin Awards, respectively.
Further invitations are expected to be awarded to the LMP2 and GT Teams’ Champions of the Asian Le Mans Series and the top Bronze Cup entry in the GT World Challenge Europe. Additionally, the destination for IMSA’s third invitation, designated for a Hypercar team, remains unconfirmed as of now.
This robust lineup is set to shape a highly competitive field at Le Mans next June, underscoring the growing intensity and prestige of endurance racing.
