2027 24H Kyalami Entry List Revealed
The initial entry list for the 2027 24H Kyalami, scheduled from January 8 to 10, features 37 cars, marking a notable shift as Creventic replaces the former Middle East Trophy with this endurance race. Entries remain open, providing an opportunity for teams to confirm their participation across multiple classes, including GT3, 992, GTX, GT4, and TCE.
GT3 Class Highlights
Fourteen cars are confirmed for the GT3 class, showcasing a diverse mix of manufacturers. Local squad Into Africa Racing enters a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 (#63), while MJR Motorsport fields an Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II (#37). Porsche dominates with single-car entries from Car Collection Motorsport, Razoon – more than racing, Herberth Motorsport, and Mühlner Motorsport. The Audi contingent includes teams like Sainteloc Junior Team and Continental Racing, contributing to a robust three-car roster.
Other notable entries include a Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo from Baron Motorsport, two Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVOs from GetSpeed and Viper Niza Racing, Comtoyou Racing with an Aston Martin, and a BMW M4 GT3 Evo from Century Motorsport. ARC Bratislava’s Lamborghini completes the initial GT3 lineup.
Class Developments in 992 and GTX
The 992 class sees a split between the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) and the newly integrated 911 Cup (992.2), a first for Creventic. Red Camel-Jordans.nl, Mühlner Motorsport, and GP Racing Team have selected the newer model. Seblajoux Racing fields three older-generation cars, with additional entries from Chazel Technologie Course and MJR Motorsport.
In the GTX category, Vortex V8 will bring two Vortex 2.0s, taking on Leipert Motorsport’s Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo Evo2 (#710) and Speed Lover’s Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) (#778).
GT4 and TCE Lineup
GT4 entries are capped at four, with Circuit Toys entering two Toyota GR Supra GT4 Evo2s and Team Africa Le Mans fielding two Ginetta G55 GT4s. The TCE contingent consists of six cars, including three Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 CSs from SRS Team Sorg Rennsport and asBest Racing, which also enters a Cupra TCR DSG in TCE-TCX. CWS Engineering will showcase both Ginetta G55 and G56 models.
This year’s 24H Kyalami promises to deliver competitive racing as teams prepare for the winter endurance challenge. Further entries are anticipated as the race approaches.
