Pro Motocross Injury Update: Key Roster Changes Ahead of Ironman

As the Pro Motocross season progresses, several notable injuries have impacted the riders’ line-ups ahead of the Ironman round.

Injury Report:

  • Cameron McAdoo: Out for the summer due to a torn ACL.

  • Jett Minear: Underwent surgery for a torn UCL in his thumb, sidelining him for the remaining Pro Motocross rounds. He aims to return for the amateur classes in the SMX Playoffs.

  • Cole Mosiman: Suffered an ankle twist during qualifying at Washougal, resulting in withdrawal from the motos. He is set to compete at Ironman.

  • Thomas Mumford: Continues to recover from an ankle injury and will miss the rest of the Pro Motocross season.

  • Joey Reynolds: Set to return at Ironman after recovering from a broken leg sustained during supercross.

  • Kaitlyn Robertson: Struggling with a persistent wrist injury, has announced his withdrawal from professional racing.

  • Dylan Romano: Sustained a shoulder injury at Pala, but is hopeful to compete in the final two nationals.

  • Mason Swoll: Involved in a crash at Washougal and was temporarily sidelined due to concussion protocols. He has cleared these protocols and will race at Ironman.

  • Frankie Towers: Out until 2026 due to a torn ACL and lateral meniscus.

  • Tom Vialle: After injuries to his knee and shoulder from a crash at Spring Creek, he missed Washougal but aims for a comeback at Ironman.

As these riders recover, the Ironman round of Pro Motocross promises to be critical for both the championship landscape and the health of the competing athletes.
