Raycin Kyler Makes History at AMA National Motocross Championship
HURRICANE MILLS, Tenn. – At the 44th Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, Raycin Kyler shifted the landscape of motocross by becoming the first female racer to win an AMA National Championship in an open class. The 11-year-old from Brooksville, Florida, secured the title in the 65cc (10-11) Limited class, with a strong performance featuring finishes of 4-2-2, totaling 8 points.
Kyler’s victory follows her historic win in June as the first female to take an open class Regional Championship, which qualified her for this prestigious event at Loretta Lynn Ranch. Additionally, earlier this summer, she represented the United States at the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship in France, showcasing her rising status in the sport.
Competing in two classes this year, Kyler has displayed remarkable skill, currently ranking sixth in the 65cc (10-11) category with one race remaining. This remarkable achievement marks her third appearance at Loretta Lynn’s and establishes her as a significant figure in motocross, with a following of over 100,000 on Instagram, reflecting her growing influence in the racing community.
