McGrath to Serve as Grand Marshal for 56th Daytona Supercross

Jeremy McGrath, renowned as the “King of Supercross,” will take on the role of Grand Marshal for the esteemed 56th annual DAYTONA Supercross, scheduled for February 28, 2026. With a remarkable 89 wins in AMA Supercross and motocross combined, McGrath’s influence on the sport is profound, having been inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 2003.

“Being named Grand Marshal is truly an honor,” McGrath stated. “Daytona has unmatched history; I was fortunate to win here three times. It’s a demanding and technical track that pushes every rider to their limits. Winning at Daytona carries a prestige that few venues offer.”

This year’s Supercross will launch the 85th annual Bike Week, a ten-day motorcycle festival commencing on February 27. Following the Daytona Supercross, the week will feature the DAYTONA 200, scheduled from March 5-7, and the DAYTONA Short Track on March 5-6.
