Beaumer Set for AUS-X Open Debut Amid Star-Studded Lineup
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — The 2025 Boost Mobile AUS-X Open has solidified its reputation as a premier motorsports event by announcing the participation of rising star Julien Beaumer, the 2025 AMA 250cc West Coast Runner-Up. Beaumer, representing Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, will compete at Marvel Stadium on November 22, joining elite racers such as Jett and Hunter Lawrence and Cole Davies.
Since his entry into AMA Supercross in 2023, Beaumer has quickly established himself, earning Rookie of the Year titles in both Supercross and Motocross. This season, he secured his first AMA 250cc Supercross victory in San Diego and temporarily led the championship standings before finishing behind series champion Haiden Deegan.
“Competing in Australia for the first time at one of the world’s best international events is huge for me,” Beaumer stated. “I’m excited to meet the Australian fans and go head-to-head with Cole and other global riders. This event is critical preparation for my 2026 season in the US.”
AUSX Open Managing Director Kelly Bailey remarked, “Julien Beaumer is among the most promising talents in global Supercross, and his debut will elevate the excitement for the 10-year anniversary of the AUS-X Open.” This year’s event is shaping up to be a historic night of competition, enhanced by Beaumer’s addition.
KTM Australia, a long-time supporter of Supercross in Australia, returns as a Major Partner for the Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship. Kyle Blunden, KTM Motorsport Manager, emphasized the company’s commitment, stating, “The opportunity to add Julien to this year’s AUS-X Open was a no-brainer. We’re grateful to our partners at KTM North America and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing for making this possible.”
