Malcolm Stewart Suffers Early Exit at High Point Raceway

In the fourth round of the 2025 AMA Pro Motocross Championship held at High Point Raceway, Malcolm Stewart faced a significant setback when a crash in the first moto forced him to retire early. The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna rider was running in tenth position when he became cross-rutted. The impact caused his handlebars to collide with his chin, leading to a painful blow.

Stewart managed to return to the pits but was unable to continue, officially finishing the moto in 39th place. Following the incident, he sought medical attention at the Alpinestars medical rig and did not start the second moto, ultimately resulting in a 42nd overall finish for the day.

On social media, Stewart provided a brief update following the crash: “Still got all my teeth (somehow) 🦷… but my neck’s been in a staring contest with the ceiling since that hit. Took the biggest uppercut I’ve ever felt, and Moto 2 just wasn’t in the cards. We’ll heal up and be back soon.”

As the series heads into a brief hiatus before the Southwick National on June 28, Stewart currently sits 14th in the 450 Class championship standings after four rounds.
