Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki Prepares for 2026 SMX World Championship™ with Tenacious Lineup
The Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, boasting a storied 33-year legacy and an impressive tally of 306 SuperMotocross victories and 31 championships, is set to make a strong push in the 2026 SMX World Championship™. The team will retain a familiar yet formidable roster, featuring riders Drew Adams, Seth Hammaker, Levi Kitchen, and Cameron McAdoo.
Adams marked a notable entry into professional racing this year, debuting at Round 3 of the Monster Energy Supercross with a commendable Top-10 finish. His standout moment came at Ironman Raceway, where he achieved a career-best fifth overall and claimed the Rookie of the Year title, underscoring his potential as a rising star in the 250 Class.
Hammaker is poised for further success in 2026 after a breakout season in the 2025 Monster Energy Supercross Championship. He notched two victories and a second-place finish in the standings, with aspirations set on securing the supercross title this season.
Kitchen enters his third year with the team, coming off a robust Pro Motocross season. Eager to capitalize on the speed and skill he developed over the summer, he aims to establish himself as a championship contender in this upcoming campaign.
McAdoo displayed resilience throughout a challenging year, earning his 23rd Monster Energy Supercross podium despite an ongoing ACL injury. Following Round 8 in Daytona, the decision was made to prioritize surgery over the rest of the season. With recovery underway, McAdoo is primed for a strong return as he continues to showcase his determination on the bike.
Mitch Payton, team owner, emphasized the team’s goals for the upcoming season: “With all familiar faces returning, we aim to build on the successes of the past year. Seth’s breakout in supercross was a significant milestone, and we expect him to maintain that momentum. Levi is eager for his first championship, and we have confidence in his capabilities. We also look forward to Cameron’s return to full health and Drew’s continued improvement against top competitors. This season holds great promise for our team, and we are excited to demonstrate the potential of the KX™250.”
As the 2026 season approaches, Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki stands ready to contend, leveraging its legacy and the talents of its riders.
