Earl Bamber Returns to FIA GT World Cup with Audi Sport Asia Team Phantom
Cadillac Racing’s Earl Bamber is set to return to the FIA GT World Cup, competing for Audi Sport Asia Team Phantom at the iconic Macau Guia Circuit from November 19-22, 2026. The 36-year-old New Zealander will pilot an Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II alongside teammate Joel Eriksson, who secured a fifth-place finish in last year’s Main Race.
Bamber, who last raced in the FIA GT World Cup in 2023 with his own Earl Bamber Motorsport team, brings a wealth of experience, having previously claimed a podium position in 2019 with Rowe Racing.
As the event approaches, Bamber’s return is anticipated to enhance the competitive landscape, particularly given his extensive track record and Eriksson’s recent performance.
The 2026 FIA GT World Cup promises another thrilling contest among top-tier GT3 competitors.
