Team WRT Unveils Retro Livery for #69 BMW M4 LMGT3 Evo at 6 Hours of Barcelona
Barcelona, Spain – Team WRT has unveiled a distinctive new livery for its #69 BMW M4 LMGT3 Evo, which will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship. The car’s red and white BASF design draws inspiration from the iconic BMW M1 Procar of the 1980s, featuring circles reminiscent of cassette tape mechanics.
Although this livery has not been prominently featured in recent motorsport history, BMW and BASF maintain a strategic partnership that continues to evolve.
The team will field drivers Anthony McIntosh, Parker Thompson, and Dan Harper for the event, set to take place from October 16-18, 2026.
This latest livery marks the seventh design iteration for the #69 entry in this season’s FIA WEC campaign, contributing to a storied tradition of innovative designs in endurance racing.
Further details and race updates will follow as the event approaches.
