British motocross racer Max Anstie has engaged with enthusiastic fans during a series of offseason events in Australia, highlighting the welcoming atmosphere and the passionate support from local audiences.
“The fans are great over here. They definitely do welcome you in,” Anstie remarked. “It’s cool to come and be a part of it. We definitely want to put in a show for these guys.”
Anstie, who is competing while signed to the ClubMX team through 2028, is one of the few U.S.-based professionals participating in these global offseason races. He noted that participation is often restricted by teams: “A lot of the teams from the U.S. don’t really allow it. I think for the ClubMX guys to allow that for me is pretty cool.”
His experience with ClubMX has been notably positive. “The setup there for recovery, riding, and the tracks is excellent. They leave no stone unturned,” Anstie stated. “We’ve got all the tools we need to do the job.”
Anstie is eager to return to the U.S. to continue his preparations for the upcoming season, leveraging the offseason experiences to enhance his competitive edge.
