Jordan Jarvis Set to Compete at High Point Amid Injury
Jordan Jarvis will make her return to the AMA Pro Motocross circuit this weekend at High Point, marking a significant moment for fans of the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX). Currently ranked fifth in WMX points, Jarvis has secured two podium finishes this season, including a third-place finish at Fox Raceway and another third at Thunder Valley.
Despite a challenging recent appearance at Hangtown, where she sustained a broken finger and a chin laceration—yet persevered to finish ninth—Jarvis is determined to compete at High Point, expressing her passion for the track.
“It’s gonna hurt but I’ll have another week to heal. It’s going to suck regardless, but I love High Point so it will be worth the pain,” said Jarvis, highlighting her commitment to the sport and resilience in the face of injury.
Jarvis previously raced in the 250 class at Thunder Valley in 2023 as an alternate, finishing 36th in the second moto. Her participation at High Point not only showcases her skills against male competitors but also underscores the evolving landscape of women in motocross. As the season continues, Jarvis remains a key figure to watch, combining talent with determination.
