Registration Opens for 2026 Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Online registration is now open for the 2026 Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross (RCSX), the world’s largest three-day amateur supercross event, sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA). The 17th annual RCSX will take place at Daytona International Speedway (DIS) in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The event kicks off on Saturday night with the 56th running of the Daytona Pro Supercross, followed by amateur racing beginning Sunday, March 1, with qualifying heats. Main event motos are scheduled for Monday, March 2. The Daytona Vintage Supercross (DVSX) will follow on Tuesday, March 3, featuring seven vintage classes alongside 17 modern classes for riders ranging from beginner to Elite Masters (65+).
Designed to highlight emerging talent, the event takes place on a professionally crafted track that reflects the legacy of motocross legend Ricky Carmichael. Riders and their families are encouraged to arrive early, with camping available on the Daytona infield starting Friday, February 27. Notably, tickets for the Pro Supercross event are sold separately and are not included in the RCSX registration.
The class structure encompasses riders from 51cc youth classes to Masters (50+), employing a supercross format that includes heat races and last chance qualifiers to determine main event lineups over the two racing days.
