Ponos Racing Launches New LMP2 Program Ahead of Asian Le Mans Series
Ponos Racing has formally entered the Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS) with its newly acquired LMP2 car, following a successful shakedown at the Motegi circuit. The team, which is based in Japan, is set to compete in a six-race season starting December, featuring double-header events at Sepang and additional races at Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina in February 2026. Featured drivers include Kei Cozzolino, Marino Sato, and bronze-rated Yorikatsu Tsujiko, who aim to bring competitive depth to the LMP landscape in Asia.
GetSpeed Unveils New Mercedes AMG GT3 Livery
GetSpeed has introduced a striking new livery for their Mercedes AMG GT3 Evo, set to participate in the GT3 class of the ALMS. The #9 entry, adorned in a silver-based color palette, will be piloted by Anthony Bartone and Fab Schiller, alongside a designated Bronze-rated driver filling in for Steve Jans, who is absent for personal reasons. The team looks forward to strong performances as they head into the winter races at Sepang.
