TF Sport Secures Corvette Factory Drivers for 2026 FIA WEC Season

TF Sport has confirmed that Corvette factory drivers Charlie Eastwood and Nicky Catsburg will compete for the team in the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). This announcement follows the recent two-year extension of TF Sport’s partnership with Corvette Racing, reaffirming the team’s ambitious plans in the championship.

Eastwood, a veteran of the team with a notable history—including a victory at the 2020 24 Hours of Le Mans—will pilot the newly branded #34 ‘Racing Team Turkey By TF’ Z06 LMGT3.R, potentially reuniting with co-driver Salih Yoluç. The 30-year-old has extensive experience in WEC, having been part of TF Sport since 2016, during both its Aston Martin and Corvette eras.

“I can’t wait to return to the WEC for a third year with Corvette,” Eastwood stated. “Last year we made great strides, with a podium finish at Le Mans and a chance to win the championship in the final race. Now we have to build on that.”

Catsburg joins TF Sport after a two-season absence from the WEC. The Dutch driver made his championship debut during the 2018/19 ‘Super Season’ with BMW M Team MTEK and became part of the Corvette family in 2020. Last year, he contributed to a successful campaign in the IMSA Sportscar Championship, where he and teammates secured three wins in the opening four races, culminating in a title victory with two races to spare.

“I am super excited to join TF Sport for the 2026 FIA WEC season,” Catsburg commented. “I have raced against them many times, and they have always been a very strong opponent. I absolutely love the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R, so I can’t wait for what will be a very busy 2026!”

Additional details regarding the remaining driver lineup for TF Sport’s 2026 efforts will be announced at a later date. The 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship is set to commence with the Qatar 1812KM, scheduled for March 26-28, 2026.
