Final FIA WEC Practice Session: 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps
In the concluding practice session for the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, Antonio Fuoco marked the pace in the No. 50 AF Corse Ferrari 499P, clocking a time of 2m00.596s. Despite his strong performance, Fuoco encountered challenges, including a gradient miscalculation that sent him off track at Les Combes early in the session.
Later, Alessandro Pier Guidi in the sister Ferrari experienced a brush with the No. 46 Team WRT BMW M4 LMGT3, driven by Ahmad Al Harty, at Eau Rouge. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, with Al Harty narrowly avoiding the barriers after the BMW became airborne.
The No. 38 Jota Cadillac V Series R completed the session in second, achieving a time of 2m00.793s, followed closely by the No. 12 Cadillac of Alex Lynn, Norman Nato, and Will Stevens. Notably, the No. 20 Team WRT BMW M Hybrid V8 was a contender for the top positions until its times were disqualified due to Robin Frijns speeding in the pit lane.
Completing the top five were the No. 83 AF Corse Ferrari 499P and the No. 8 Toyota Gazoo Racing GR010 Hybrid, with Ryo Hirakawa reportedly having a brief off-track excursion at Turn 5.

The No. 87 Akkodis ASP Team Lexus RC F LMGT3 rounded out the top three with a lap of 2m18.676s.
It was a difficult session for the championship-leading No. 33 TF Sport Corvette Z06 LMGT3-R, which finished in 17th position with a time of 2m20.590s. The No. 60 Iron Lynx Mercedes AMG LMGT3 did not participate, as it is still under repair following a major incident at Raidillon in the earlier practice session.
