Freeway Insurance Joins NASCAR as Premier Partner for 2026 Season
NASCAR has announced Freeway Insurance as the fourth premier partner of the Cup Series, effective in 2026. This partnership replaces GEICO, which departs the sport after the 2024 season.
Freeway Insurance, already affiliated with NASCAR through its role as a primary sponsor for driver Daniel Suarez, has signed a multiyear agreement to join Coca-Cola, Busch Light, and Xfinity as an official partner. Notably, Freeway will also serve as the Official Insurance Partner of NASCAR and the entitlement sponsor for the fall race at Phoenix Raceway in 2026.
“NASCAR is thrilled to welcome Freeway Insurance to our family as a Premier Partner and race entitlement partner at Phoenix Raceway,” stated NASCAR President Steve O’Donnell. “This partnership underscores our commitment to connecting with brands dedicated to serving everyday Americans, highlighting the ongoing growth of NASCAR’s commercial ecosystem.”
In addition to its sponsorship roles, Freeway Insurance will take over the sponsorship of the choose rule on the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and Performance Racing Network (PRN) radio broadcasts, as well as digital activations and fan engagement initiatives. The company will also be the exclusive insurance provider across all NASCAR social media platforms and tracks hosting national series events.
Cesar Soriano, CEO of Freeway Insurance, expressed pride in aligning with NASCAR, stating, “As someone who has served our country, I lead a brand that supports hardworking Americans. Trust is at our core, whether it’s helping families protect what matters or supporting a sport that fans cherish.” He added that the Freeway Insurance 500 will celebrate shared values of determination, family, and the open road.
This new partnership marks a significant step in NASCAR’s efforts to attract top-tier sponsors, enhancing the sport’s commercial landscape as it moves into a new era.
